Today, it is a referent company within the group thanks to its modern fleet of road transport.<\/p>\n

In order to be able to provide a high quality service and attend to the client, we have more than 1,500 vehicles distributed nationally and internationally, offering the most qualified service. Being the best transport option is the key objective of Acotral.<\/p>\n

From Acotral we promote and support the new alternatives to the current transport: the 25.25 meter truck, the multimodality, the gas powered trucks, are some of the new additions to our road fleet in the last 5 years.<\/p>\n

The road is the preferred mode of transport due to its cost, flexibility and adaptability. The reality is that our activity is pollutant and, therefore, we must demonstrate to society our involvement in the search for alternatives; both in relative (per tonne\/kilometre) and absolute terms (per emissions\/kilometre). That’s why Acotral opts for all types of alternatives to current transport. Nowadays we have eight sets of 25.25 meters circulating in Spain which, depending on the route they take, represent savings of 15-25% in cost and 20% in emissions (expressed in tonnes\/kilometer). In the first half of 2018 we have undertaken a major renovation of 40 diesel tractors for new ones powered by natural gas in order to perform services in urban centers.<\/p>\n
